SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer flat rate shipping within the United States. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $8.00

• RUSH Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00

In-Store Pickup:

• In-store pickup is available at 16 North Main St Washington, PA 15301.
  Pickups are available during store hours: Tues-Sat .

Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update once you’ve received a notification that your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, etc., especially during high-volume seasons. Once your order has left our shop we are at the mercy of the carrier and will do our best to help you track down any missing packages.
